๐Ÿ”…3 cups watermelon
๐Ÿ”…1/2 cup lite canned coconut milk (or yogurt or sweetened condensed milk)
and a lot of love โ™ฅ๏ธ,essential to obtain the richest desserts ๐Ÿ˜‰

ONE   Freeze the watermelon cuber in a single layer on a piece parchment paper or foil for at least 3-4 hours.

TWO  When ready to make, add half the watermelon to the food processor and blend until smooth. Scrape down the sides and add the yogurt, coconut milk, or condensed milk. Add the remaining watermelon and blend until smooth and creamy.

THREE  Eat immediately or freeze for 2-3 hours for a firmer texture. Enjoy!
