FOR THE OREO COOKIE CRUST
24 oreo cookies
5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
FOR THE MINT MOUSSE FILLING
16 ounces cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 1/3 cups heavy whipping cream (cold)
1 tablespoon peppermint extract
1 drop leaf Green gel paste color (optional)
4 oreo cookies, roughly chopped (optional)
FOR THE TOPPING
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
3 tablespoons powered sugar
chocolate shavings, for garnish

DIRECTIONS
TO MAKE THE OREO COOKIE CRUST
ONE Process cookies until thin.
TWO Drizzle in the melted butter and toss together until combined.
THREE Press the mixture into the bottom of a standard sized pie dish

ONE Whip the cream cheese and powdered sugar together on medium speed until smooth.
