🔅150 g cornstarch
🔅100 g of 0000 flour
🔅80 g of sugar
🔅100 g of butter
🔅2 egg yolks
🔅1 teaspoon baking powder
🔅1/2 cup chocolate chips
🔅1/2 cup unbleached flour (or bleached)
🔅1 tsp baking powder
🔅Vanilla
🔅Caramel sauce
🔅Grated coconut

ONE  In a bowl, mix the butter (at room temperature), sugar and a few drops of vanilla essence until you obtain an ointment.

TWO  Add the two egg yolks and beat again.

THREE  Add the sifted flour and cornstarch along with a pinch of baking powder. Knead until you obtain a homogeneous dough.

FOUR  Let the dough rest for about 15 minutes.

FIVE  Stretch the dough between two sheets of plastic wrap and cut circles approximately 5 cm in diameter.

SIX Bake the cookies at 180°C for 10-15 minutes, until golden on the bottom and white on top.

SEVEN  Let cool completely.

EIGHT  Fill each pair of cookies with dulce de leche and press the edges gently.

NINE  Pass the edges through grated coconut.
