Homemade Fluffy Donuts

๐Ÿ”…2 egg yolks
๐Ÿ”…1 whole egg
๐Ÿ”…50 g of butter
๐Ÿ”…12 g of sugar
๐Ÿ”…150 ml of milk
๐Ÿ”…12 g baker’s yeast
๐Ÿ”…1 g of cinnamon powder
๐Ÿ”…2 g of salt
๐Ÿ”…Extra flour for kneading
๐Ÿ”…Sunflower oil (for frying)
๐Ÿ”…Mint leaves (to decorate)

ONEMix the flour, sugar, salt, yeast, yolks, egg and milk in a large bowl. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

TWO Knead the dough with butter until it is well incorporated.

THREE  Let the dough ferment until it doubles in volume.

FOUR Roll out the dough and cut circles with a hole in the center.

FIVE Let the donuts ferment again.

SIX Fry them in oil until golden.

SEVEN Prepare a glaze with icing sugar, water, milk and lemon.

EIGHT Dip the donuts in the glaze and decorate them with mint leaves.
