Step by Step Recipe

We Need

2 cups of flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons dry yeast
1/4 cup melted butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder

DIRECTIONS 

ONE  In a bowl, mix the warm milk with the yeast and let it rest for 5 minutes.

TWO Add the sugar, egg and melted butter. Mix well.

THREE  Gradually add the flour and salt until you obtain a soft dough.

FOUR Knead for about 10 minutes and place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover with a cloth and let sit until doubled in size, approximately 1 hour.

Forming and Baking Rolls

FIVE Roll out the dough on a floured surface, forming a rectangle.

SIX Spread the surface with melted butter and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.

SEVEN Roll the dough from one long end into a cylinder. Cut into slices approximately 2cm thick.

EIGHT Place the rolls on a previously greased baking sheet and let them rest for 30 minutes..

NINE Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.😍😋
