We Need

DIRECTIONS
ONE In a deep bowl, mix the butter (it should be at room temperature) with the sugar and beat until white.
TWO Sift the cocoa over the butter and sugar mixture, and mix gently until combined.
THREE Do the same with the flour and baking powder, stirring occasionally until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
FOUR Cover two baking trays with parchment paper and place balls of the dough on them, making sure they are equal in size. Mash them lightly with a fork.
FIVE Cook in the preheated oven at 180°C for 12-14 minutes.
SIX Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the same tray before serving them.
