🔅300 g of pastry flour
🔅2 eggs
🔅290 g of sugar
🔅110 ml of olive oil
🔅2 teaspoons vanilla extract
🔅2 tablespoons of 100% cocoa powder
🔅250 ml of milk
🔅2 teaspoons of lemon juice
🔅1 teaspoon of baking soda
🔅2 teaspoons of vinegar
🔅1 teaspoon red gel food coloring

ONE Preparing the Cake: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Add lemon juice to milk to obtain homemade buttermilk. Let it rest for 10 minutes. Beat the eggs with the sugar until white. Add the olive oil and vanilla extract. Mix well. Sift the flour together with the cocoa and add it to the mixture. Add the buttermilk and mix. Add the baking soda and vinegar so that it reacts and forms foam. Add the red food coloring and mix until you obtain a compact dough.

TWO Baking the Cake: Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.Let cool before unmolding.

THREE  Cream Cheese Topping: eat the butter with the icing sugar. Add the cream cheese and mix until you obtain a smooth cream.

FOUR Assembly: Join the cake layers with the cream cheese coverage. Decorate with more cream and sprinkle with cocoa powder or strawberries.
