Double Carolina rice 125 g.
Milk 1L.Sugar 100 g.Milk cream 200 cc.Cinnamon stick 1 unit.Melted chocolate (for topping)
Cinnamon powder c/n.
Lemon peel
Orange peel

DIRECTIONS
ONE In a saucepan, place the milk, the cinnamon stick and the lemon peel.

TWO Bring to a boil and add the rice.
THREE Boil gently for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking
