Finish with the last layer of cake and cover the entire cake with more whipped cream. Sprinkle with cinnamon and decorate with liquid caramel if desired.To decorate, you can burn sugar on top of the egg yolk cream, with the help of a blowtorch or burner. For a more decoration, simply add some toasted slivered almonds.
